FAQS
HOW DO I BOOK YOU?
I only film a certain number of weddings a year. Click on the 'Contact Now' tab and fill out the form. It takes less than a minute! Feel free to ask me any questions you have. I will email you back as soon as I can.
I also like to setup a discovery session with my clients to discuss the project in detail. Once you’ve decided that I am the best fit for you, email me and I can send you a contract. After the contract is received, we will send out an invoice for the deposit, and your date is reserved! Easy peasy! The balance is due two weeks before your wedding.
CAN WE MEET WITH YOU BEFORE OUR WEDDING DAY?
I prefer to meet you before your big day! I love to put a face to the name and understand your overall vision of your day and answer any questions you have. I do free discovery sessions/consultations and would like to meet with you (over digital conferencing) even if you have not decided on your videographer.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK YOUR SERVICES?
This will depend on the season, but we suggest booking as early as possible to ensure we have availability to work with you! Please fill out our contact form to schedule a consultation call.
CAN I REVIEW THE VIDEO BEFORE IT’S FINALIZED?
Yes! We will work with you throughout the entire post-production process to ensure you are happy with the final result. Our post-production process includes 2 rounds of reviews.
HOW DO YOU CAPTURE GOOD AUDIO?
I have five multiple ways to capture high quality audio. The main source is a recorder that is connected to the sound board. I monitor the audio levels to make sure I am securing quality audio. During the ceremony I will request to mic the minister or the groom to get additional quality sound. One recorder is placed near the guests to capture ambient sound. I also have shotgun mics on my cameras as a fall back safety audio.
WHO WILL FILM MY EVENT/WEDDING?
Brandon is a trained professional who has been in the videography industry for more than 10 years.
HOW WILL YOU APPROACH FILMING OUR WEDDING DAY?
I respect your space and try to be as discreet and subtle as possible. My couples usually tell me that they don't even notice me most of the time. During the ceremony, I don't believe in blocking your view or standing in front of your guests to get most of my shots. Depending on the requested shots, I try to position towards the sides and middle where I strive to go unnoticed. If your venue has guidelines for me to follow, I would be more than happy to oblige!
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE?
Photojournalistic with a cinematic film look. I really love capturing those candid moments as if people don't even realize I am there.
